Since we’ve opened, we’ve been dedicated to changing the lives of people one person at a time, through martial arts, education, and coaching. We strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere for all students and family members. We take pride in creating an environment for individuals to achieve, develop, and succeed in their personal goals.

We strongly believe that martial arts can be for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or experience level. Master Krystal Pai

Master Krystal Pai, a lifelong practitioner and instructor of Taekwondo. Her journey began at the age of four under the guidance of her father, Grandmaster Kwang Pai, who founded Pai’s Taekwondo alongside Grandmaster Thomas Pai in 1984. As the second of three children, she was raised in an environment where discipline, respect, and perseverance were part of everyday life.

In 2017, she achieved the rank of 5th Dan Black Belt, a milestone that reflects decades of dedication to both the art and the philosophy of Taekwondo. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she has had the privilege of working with students of all ages and skill levels, helping them grow not only as martial artists but as confident and capable individuals.

Taekwondo has always been her passion. Master Pai truly believes that martial arts offers something meaningful for everyone, regardless of age or experience. Her mission is to positively impact the lives of every student — instilling confidence, discipline, and a strong sense of character that extends far beyond the mat.
