My kids have been involved for 5 years now (starter at 3 and 4) and it was the best thing I could do for them. Their confidence and self esteem has grown tremendously and their respect and discipline is not only shown at Tae Kwon Do but at home, school, and everyday life! Master Thomas Pai is the best! Classes for all ages and levels. Convenient Upper Union Street location - do your errands, banking, shopping, etc while the kids are in a class and all go out to eat at one of nearly a score of eateries in this nice, safe business neighborhood.

My 4 year old daughter attends Pai's Tae Kwon Do and has been attending regularly for just over a year now. The Masters and instructors at the studio are patient with the children but at the same time they demand respect and attention which is modeled, taught, and reinforced to them in an age appropriate manner. Just recently Angelina joined the Masters Club and we are looking forward to her working with Pai's Tae Kwon Do to achieve not only her second degree black belt but much much more. We thank them for welcoming us into their Tae Kwon Do family.
